Frank Nason -
Nason was part of a 3 man team
that created Desert Shores, a 986 acre mixed-use master
planned lake community in Northwest Las
Vegas. He
was instrumental in creating the builder's advertising co-op, the
master Community Association, and was responsible for the marketing
of the community to local and out of state merchant builders. As a
result of this involvement Nason was instrumental in forming a local
chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) (condominiums,
homeowner's associations and cooperatives), sat on the board of
directors and chaired the public relations committee for two
years.
Residential Resources, Inc. was created to provide integrated
sales and marketing services to the residential & commercial
development community. Residential Resources utilizes market
research and marketing services to provide builder clients,
developers and on-site sales agents a competitive advantage.

Nason is corporate broker
(including a property management endorsement) for Residential
Resources and is a member of both Southern and Northern
Nevada Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and Greater Las Vegas
Association of Realtors. Nason is a Realtor, an ePro and obtained an
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certificate shortly after the
National Association of Realtors made it available under its
auspices. Nason completed a certificate program of the Graduate
Builder Institute, a joint program sponsored by the National
Association of Home Builders and conducted by the Lied Institute of
Real Estate at UNLV. Nason also completed a 21 hour Commercial
Certificate program; another joint program with the Lied Institute
and NAIOP.
In
addition to Residential Resources clients’ projects, Nason is
engaged in small scale residential development, continuing education
in energy efficient building practices through EEBA.org and other

Robert Kent
- (see Sales Training page) Bob and Frank have worked together
off-and-on over 18 years with different home builders and
developers. They recently completed two large-scale projects in the
Las Vegas area providing complete sales and marketing services for
two condominium conversions: Grand Canyon Village at 8250 N. Grand
Canyon Drive in Las Vegas and a new location at 5000
South Rainbow Avenue just south of Tropicana marketed as
Vizcaya at the Trails. They marketed, sold and closed nearly
700 units in approximately 18 months.
Bob provides sales
training and team building for the company and consults with a
number of new home builders throughout the Mountain Southwest. Bob
provides professional 'mystery' shopping services with detailed
audio and video results as well as a comprehensive analysis of each

Sandra Rose
- Sandy and Frank have worked together on a variety
of projects for nearly 15 years with different home builders and
developers. Sandy recently left Ryland Homes to team up with Frank
& Bob in order to provide a level of expertise and competence

Robert Climer joined the firm to open our first
branch office in Fernley to provide individual resale representation
for both buyers and sellers in the northern Nevada market. Bob has
launched our first stand-alone resale office AND a property
management division servicing Lyon, Churchill, Washoe and Carson
counties. That's Bob dead-center, Frank holding the scissors and the
Mayor of Fernley next to Frank in the red shirt!

Erin Beesley joined the firm in
January 2001. Ms. Beesley is a 56 year resident of Las Vegas
whose family moved to Clark County in 1951. Beesley has been
involved in the family real estate business on a daily basis
providing property management services for their affordable
housing properties located in the urban core of Las Vegas.
Ms. Beesley's 17+ years experience in the Human Resources
Department of the Las Vegas Valley Water District is utilized in
Residential Resources' hiring practices and Fair Housing
Compliance. Her wealth of experience in this area coupled with
a lifetime in southern Nevada's real estate industry is a great
compliment to the Company.
